Registration for this year's craft fair will be open until November 6, 2026. As the lab fair is increasingly popular and space is limited, we encourage you to register as early as possible.Â

What do craft fair volunteers do during the Craft Fair? What is the commitment like?
Craft Fair volunteers are crucial to a successful event. We need volunteers the day of the Fair to fill a number of roles, from helping vendors load in to relieving vendors who need to step away from their tables for a break. No craft experience needed! You must be able to participate in person on the day of the event, and attend an orientation Zoom meeting on Monday, November 30, 2026. Sign up here.

Parking is VERY LIMITED near B91. All vendors are encouraged to drop off their wares and re-park in another lot for the duration of the event. Load-in and load-out instructions will be distributed to confirmed vendors closer to the event. Visit the Parking Info page for complete information.

Parking is VERY LIMITED. Nearby parking lots may have parking available, although we all know how parking mid-day can be impossible! Attendees working on-site should consider taking a lab shuttle or walking to the Craft Fair. Full transportation info can be found on this page.
What sort of items will be sold at this year's Craft Fair?
What sort of items will be sold at this year's Craft Fair?
Last year, our vendors offered a delightful mix of edible treats, jewelry, ornaments, pottery, 3D-printed lamps, purses and pouches, embroidery kits, slippers, wooden items, sculptures, and more. Expect similar offerings this year, but our creative vendors always bring something new!

Will the craft fair be open to shop during the lunch hour on Dec. 2nd?
YES! We encourage people to plan ahead and use their lunch time to shop the Craft Fair. Food and coffee trucks will be there for those that want to combine lunch and shopping. The fair will be open for browsing and shopping from 11a.m. until 3 p.m. on December 2nd.
Will vendors accept credit cards or electronic payments like Venmo?
Will vendors accept credit cards or electronic payments like Venmo?
Cash is preferred by many vendors, please be prepared! Many others do accept electronic payment methods like Venmo or Square, but not everyone does. Many vendors bring items that cost between $10 and $100; we suggest you plan ahead to avoid disappointment.
