We're thrilled to announce our first Berkeley Lab Spring Craft Fair and Cookie Contest! Hosted on April 21st in building 91 from 11am - 3 pm, our Spring Fair promises a delightful showcase of handmade goods and crafts.

This is your opportunity to showcase your craftsmanship to your Lab colleagues. Whether you're an experienced vendor or a first-time exhibitor, we welcome you to be part of this creative and festive event. Our Spring Craft Fair is not just a platform to display your creations, it's a chance to connect with the community and share your passion.

The Spring Fair will also host a cookie contest, which is an opportunity to show off your culinary talents to the Lab community. Bakers should read important information on this page before entering the contest.

To participate as a vendor or baker, please complete this form.

Deadlines:

• Vendors must sign up by Monday, April 6, 2026.

• Bakers must fill out the form by Wednesday, April 15, 2026.

IMPORTANT INFO ABOUT VENDOR PARKING AND LOADING IN:

Vendors will be assigned a drop-off window to allow for organized load-in. 

Please arrive promptly, park in one of the temporary drop-off spaces, unload your goods, and then relocate your vehicle to any general parking area (see parking guidelines below). 

A staff member will be stationed to monitor your items while you find parking.

PARKING INSTRUCTIONS

Park in any available general spot. Spaces are unmarked, but please avoid any with a green circle, carpool only, stacked parking, or “government vehicle” signage, as parking in these restricted areas may result in fines.
